Do I have to purchase karma to play?
We hope that you will decide to purchase karma however you can play for free, forever, if you wish.
Will my characters always be second class citizens if I don’t purchase karma?
All characters are able to join guilds, lead cities, explore the world and reach the highest levels of skill, experience and standing within the game without using karma. Choosing to purchase and use karma enables you to speed up advancement with blessings and access premium features such as housing, customisation and pets.
Are there other ways to obtain karma?
Players who have purchased karma may choose to put it up for sale to other characters in the game for gold. We also run competitions from time to time where you can get karma. See the forum for details of any current contests. It is also possible to get karma by completing offers, trials or surveys through a third party affiliate. See the karma page for details.
Can I get a refund?
No, unfortunately not. All purchases are final as outlined in our terms of service. The one exception is in the case of fraud where we will work with the police and other authorities as necessary.
Do I get more favourable treatment if I purchase karma?
We are a commercial game and as such pride ourselves on offering a high standard of customer service to all our players, whether they support us by purchasing karma or not.
